Au Pairs Give You Time for Quality Time
What Does an Au Pair Do?
InterExchange is proud to place au pairs from over 25 countries. Aged 18 to 26, our au pairs are motivated by their love of working with children and their desire to experience living in the U.S. So, what does an au pair do? Au pairs are eager to use their previous childcare experience while living with your family and helping you run your household. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that your au pair has completed an extensive application, interview, and background check process to participate in the program.
Au Pair Responsibilities
Your au pair can be scheduled to provide childcare up to 45 hours per week, for no more than ten hours a day. What is an au pair? They can be responsible for a variety of child-related tasks to keep your kids happy, healthy, and your family running smoothly.
